The Capo de Capo

Obama is going to make up for not cutting deep enough in discretionary spending or reining in the Pentagon ($400.00/gal gas from Kuwaiti contractors, 200 overseas bases and two wars one of which is longest in US history) by destroying Medicare and Social security. But not to worry, our republican friends in Congress are going to help him do it. In fact I believe it’s their idea.

Both parties keep claiming that Medicare and Social Security are “unfunded entitlements” and they are the cause of the largest part of the budget deficit. This of course is an unmitigated lie.

I’m looking at a letter from Social Security that states my wife alone and her employer has contributed $30 thousand dollars to the Social Security Trust Fund and a slightly lesser amount to Medicare, and still a few years of working before collecting any benefits.

Bernie Sanders, an independent senator from Vermont that often votes with both republicans and democrats, stated publicly on a major network only a few days ago, that the Social Security Trust Fund is flush and contains $4.3 Trillion, trillion with a T, enough to pay out all the SS benefits due for the next 27 years. He claims these two government run programs are in no way responsible for any part of the budget deficit.

Then we have Mitch McConnell, the republican minority leader in the Senate lying through his teeth on Face the Nation yesterday by claiming that Social Security funding will have a $50 billion shortfall for this year alone.
He may not be far wrong as the Congress has been stealing billions from the SS trust fund regularly for decades ever since the Johnson administration. They just grab the cash, stuff an IOU in the fund’s coffers and hoped we wouldn’t notice.
Well we have. So now to keep from honoring these IOUs, these Congressional thieves and their accomplices at Goldman Sachs want to turn over all these trillions (and the IOUs) to Wall Street in a ponzi scheme they are calling privatization. The Goldman Sachs boys running the treasury now will not honor these IOUs to make sure retiree’s are paid their benefits, but they will make damn sure Goldman and the Wall Street moneychangers will get these IOUs honored once they get their moneygrubbing hands on it, with taxpayer dollars.

These crooks as usual are too clever by half. This two year taxpayer holiday for the middleclass worker (the Obam alleged tax break) is another handout for the same wealthy corporate crooks. The tax break law say that Social Security deductions will not be withheld from worker’s paychecks for the next two years, a strange way to deal with an, ahem, $50 billion Social Security Trust Fund deficit.

However, here’s the part they thought we wouldn’t figure out. Corporations will not have to contribute their half to the Social Security Trust fund either, obviously allowing the corporate thieves to pocket billions in unpaid SS contributions that should have gone to the SS Trust Fund and to the retirees. What the hell, it worked for all those corporate pension funds that disappeared like say Enron and the big three automakers, why not for the largest, most efficiently run and flush government retirement fund in he world, Social Security and Medicare. A veritable bonanza as far as Wall Street heists are concerned, the banker bailots are chump change when compared to the trillions of $ in the SS Trust Fund.

Those Wall Street bankers and Goldman Sachs are literally drooling at the prospect of getting their hands on this pension fund in the same way they stole GM, Chrysler and Ford’s worker’s retirement funds. Just imagine all the multi-million dollar bonus’ these banksters can pay out to each other with all that Social Security, Pension Fund largess.

All Obama had to do was have the big three automakers declare bankruptcy, pay off the union and lavish the corporate executives with golden parachutes (bribes) and Presto, no more worker retirement benefit liability. Oh, also move the car companies offshore so the corporate crooks can screw their new Third World workers even more. Talk about compound profit making.

Stealing the Social Security trust fund and giving it to Wall Street will even be easier. After all, you have a Congress (both parties) and a President that will be happy to do it with crooked legislation and executive orders in spite of our objections. After all, they must figure we won’t be around much longer anyway, and by the time our kids are ready for retirement, a government run retirement fund wont exist.

The Democrats and the Republicans run the largest organized crime syndicate in the world. Obama is their Capo. If the sorry field of Republican contenders for Obama’s replacement isn’t sent packing and some decent and honest candites are fielded, it’s a sure bet both parties want Obama to remain Capo de Capo.

Hmmmmmmm! "Who, but a madman

Hmmmmmmm! "Who, but a madman, would fight for the right to incite violence?"

Let's see now what other reasons could possibly incite violence? Could it be the Patriot Act, Warrant less searches and wiretapping, TSA groping and naked body scanners soon to be deployed to not only airports but shopping malls, bus terminals and sporting events.

Two or more illegal wars that are being expanded, bleeding the US white. Tax breaks for millionaires and attacks on Social Security. Mandatory ObamaCare with the threat of fines and jail for non-compliance. Legalized torture and assassinations of American citizens. Millions of home forclosures by banks with phony forclosure documents. Millions of manufacturing jobs and the plants, going to third world cesspools for slave labor with interest free loans and tax breaks given our government to move there. This in order to level the (worker's pay and benefits) playing field and worship the global economy. Add a trillion dollar bailout of Wall street so they can continue giving themselves million dollar bonuses while the average American is jobless at a well over 15% rate.

What other reasons could possibly be driving people over the edge other than toxic rhetoric?

Oh I know, if people in this country are kept dumb enough where they are ignorant at how badly they are being represented in Washington, they will remain docile obedient fools for our elite masters that control almost every aspect of the average American's life.

Let's now pass laws that restrict toxic rhetoric and hateful speech but let us make sure we never address the real issues that are driving guys like this kid insane. Yea, That's the ticket!

Reinventing the Medical Care Wheel

Reinventing the Medical Care Wheel

We already have a single payer medical plan. It's Called Medicare and it works, it's in place and very little would need to be done to streamline and modify it to cover the 40 million uninsured Americans that now have to rely on charity or other welfare medical coverage. It would not take much effort by the Congress to clean up any inefficiencies or corrupt practices Medicare has now.

But noooooooo! Obama's pals in the insurance industry are drooling for those 40 million uninsured that they can hose unmercifully along with the rest us to make those Wall Street Insurance companies richer than they are now. Talk about welfare for the rich.

These scum bag Wall Street boys are probably already spending those million dollar bonuses they'll be giving themselves when the mandates kick in 2014.

And don't think the Republicans are off the hook on this scam simply because they are going to stage a dog and pony show and then a phony vote on repeal of ObamaCare. It is documented that the Wall street insurance oligarchs gave the republican members of congress millions more in bribes than they gave to their democrat accomplices to shove this corporate welfare scam down our throats.

This whole issue could become moot when the Supreme Court rules the law (ObamaCare) is just plain unconstitutional. Congress just does not have the authority under the law to force Americans to purchase products goods or services from a Private corporation. The Commerce Clause will have finally run out of elasticity.

The old progressive rant about the states have the authority (you will notice I said "states") to force drivers to buy auto insurance is true, but not the federal government. The states are the sole authority for driving regulations and licensing, not the federal government. Besides, if you don't make the conscience decision to drive, you are not required to have insurance. Is this true with Obama Care? I think not. What could a person possibly decide to opt out of, life?

So there you are. All of you progressive commies looking for socialized medicine had better start recalibrating your wish lists.

What is really needed is a serious debate on putting the insurance industry, the pharmaceuticals and the for profit hospitals on a short, regulatory leash with heavy fines and penalties for slipping it.

And guess what, it's the states that have the lion's share of the regulatory power over the insurance and the other thieves there also, not the federal government.

That won't work either!

The huge response to Palin's referring  to the term "Blood Feud" to the shooting attack in Tuscon
is somewhat puzzling. It has opened her up to all manner of anti-semitism  rants by know it all liberal mouth breathers that claim her remarks can only be construed as an affront to Jews. (See Washington Post 01/12/2012)

Rubbish! Just another attempt for the Obama brigades and camp followers to gain some traction for their language assault when the right wing, toxic rhetoric train was derailed.

There has much speculation regarding Sarah Palin's possible candidacy for president in 2012. Rumors have even suggested an exploratory committe has been or is forming in that regard. However this may be a fools errand.

Palin was the spokesperson for the Tea Party prior to the November elections and was an effective speaker for them.
But Sarah Palin has now  become a shill for the republican establishment party and an Israeli firster. One always has to wonder which country Israeli firsters have more allegiance to. I suppose it is the one that pays the most.

Palin unforunately is by no means packing the gear to be president. If you use GW Bush as a benchmark, maybe. This woman should content herself with running for Congress, again, maybe.

So, the question remains as to why liberals and Neo-Conservative Trotskyites are giving her so much press and air time as in the Washington Post articles festooned on it's online frontpage?
Is she a diversionary tactic so you guys, the oligarchy that runs the country,  can slip someone really offensive into the Whitehouse to finish screwing up our country? Or maybe guarantee another four years of Obama. I know Wall Street would just love another four year term of free ride from an Obama administration. Although anyone of the clowns the republican party has slated as possible candidates would fill that bill nicely also.

Change you can count on

It ought to be obvious to at least the informed few that the Republican members of Congress have a history of double-crossing the average Americans when given the opportunity. The Newt Gingrich Congress should be a fairly good indicator on how our supposed friends in that party will sell us down the river. Can you spell NAFTA, numerous gun control regulations (Brady Bill) and deregulation of the banking industry?

This bunch, even though purported to be Tea Party candidates, will be no different. Trying to distinguish them from the Obamaite Democrats will be almost impossible, especially when it comes to Obamacare. The Tea Party itself I’m sorry to say, has morphed into nothing more than shills for the establishment republicans and their party. Like the Perot organizers, The Tea Party has allowed the Republican strategists to play us like a giant Wurlitzer at a skating rink.

The Insurance industry (all you AARP members listen up) actually contributed more millions of $$$ to the republican party members to pass Obamacare than to buy all the democrat votes they thought they would need. Talk about bi-partisanship!

I have watched these scam artists from both parties pull this same bit of sleight of hand for more than thirty years on gun control, NAFTA treaties and other issues (how about the evil shit the lame duck congress pulled on us last month with the complicity of the republicans, (Unanimous consent?).

This bipartisan tactic is beginning in the usual manner. The new Majority Speaker, Boehner, will rage with righteous indignation (ala Newt Gingrich) on the latest feigned target, Obamacare. Harry Reid in the Senate will dig in his heels and swear on his mother’s grave he will fight the repeal of Obamacare to the death. But in the end they will have both been lying. Reid knows he doesn’t need to expend one ounce of effort to stop the repeal because he knows the republicans are capable of great theatrics as they have been paid handsomely by Wall Street for playing to an audience of dolts on a done deal.

But at the end of the day, after all the fake name calling and vitriol ends regarding a so called "repeal", Obamacare will have survived and with a new phony mandate and receive full funding and their blessings. Congress’ insurance and health care industry masters will have gotten their money’s worth from both of their servants, the criminal syndicate members we have elected to Congress and the White House.

And once again the American people will buy it, give up more of their freedoms and their hard earned paychecks to our masters in the corporate boardrooms and the Washington DC crime syndicate.

Enjoy the theater. You're paying for it

Time For Change

Article I, Section 8 of The US Constitution states in part, "Congress shall have The Power to...To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water."
These delegated and enumerated powers are pretty conclusive on which body has the power to declare war. It is not the President. In addition The POTUS does not become Commander in Chief until such time as there has been a formal declaration of War rendered by the Congress. War powers was a gift from Congress to give cover to a president in order that he may continue unlawful wars like the one we are being consumed by presently. Conversely, the Congress can blame the POTUS, and I suspect this is more case, when the War is going bad.

It should be obvious that this inbred major party system (Repub/Dem) is the root of the problem that plagues our country. It is time to clean these guys out en mass. We need at least one third of both Houses of Congress to consist of Independents. Nothing else can counter the partisan collusion that continually favors one party or the other. Vote for anybody that is not a member of the two greatest organized crime syndicates in the World, a Congress controlled by either Democrats or Republicans. Being elected to Congress was never intended to be a career spanning decades. Getting rid of these bought and paid for life long members of Congress is the only thing that will save the US.

If You're Looking for Change, Forget It!

How Ironic, the very presidential candidates that are promising to cure all of our ills, are the very people that caused them.

As members of Congress they are responsible for every bad trade deal, every war, every flawed pork barrel budget, the unprecedented expansion of executive power and last but not least, the total deregulation of the business sector that is now bleeding the economy and this country's working people white.

The good citizens should take the time to read our Constitution, paricularly Articles I an II.
Article I spells out the vast powers of the Congress, powers that dwarf that of the President's as spelled out in Article II. It is the Congress after all the has the lion's share of power in order to keep the president from aspiring to emperor status.

For the last thirty years and before, Congress has been quietly expanding the power of the executive to something akin to an emperor. This steady creep of the imperial presidency has been enthusiastically, and I might add, unconstitutionally proceeding with the complicity of both major parties. One wants to gag when you hear the word "Change" uttered by these phonies. The only change Americans will see is the change from Constitutional Republic into a banana republic.
The Congress however, is mindful to take care they do not relinquish all their power, just enough to be able to blame the president for their misdeeds although this president most assuredly deserves it. Congress' power to impeach and remove from office the president remains in their hands.

The Founders took great care to ensure that members of the House were required to stand for reelection every two years while the Senate stood for reelection every six. This was meant reduce the tendency to concentrate power in any one single branch of government.
Being a Member of Congress was never meant to be a career stretching decades, lest members became career politicians, a danger to liberty. There was no requirement for parties either, no matter how many there were.

Our brand of Republican and Democrat career members of Congress have born out the fears of the Founders. Whomever takes over the Oval Office will be nothing but an instrument of the continuation of the destruction of the United States. A transformation of a free republic into just another impoverished member of the global plantation. The same destruction elitists have been conspiring to accomplish since the end of World WarII. A vote for either party's candidates will simply be business as usual. The continued destruction of the United States and the descent into the third world.

If the American voter is stupid enough to reelect the same bunch of organized crime figures,(members of Congress) that have infested the halls of Congress for these last decades, then they will deserve exactly what they get. The largest banana republic on the planet and the impoverished slavery that goes along with it..
